president Mr. Rustam ALIMOV is the host of the next WKF World referee seminar 2025 on June, 21st to 22nd.
Venue is the amazing 4 star main Bernardazzi Grand Hotel in Chisinau.
This is the perfect weekend, just before the European Championships 2025 in Moldova.
First time ever WKF is guest in this beautiful and charming country.
We got already many requests from our male / female referees and officials from 6 continents and we hope everybody who would need Visa for Moldova start in time with Visa procedure.

All International WKF referees, who not has attended the last seminars in Wels 2022 , Skofje 2023 or Alicante 2024 must extend their license 2025 in Moldova.
The extended license is valid for three Years again.

WKF BOXING / BKFC – new World division
Dear sports friends,
On March 1, 2024, a new WKF Division Worldwide began work.
By athletes – for athletes!
The aim is not to compete with existing associations, but rather to complement them with significantly less bureaucracy and fewer annoying, outdated regulations.
In collaboration with all of our 140 + WKF country presidents with the new WKF department “BOXING / BKFC, we are also internationally networked on 6 continents in over 140 nations.
The Hungarian expert Daniel Z. HIRLAU became world president of the new division from March 1st, 2024.
From now on, ALL BOXERS – women and men – can use our free offer and apply for inclusion in the BOXING World rankings via the FIGHTER PROFILE. Free and non-bureaucratic!
The international WKF license applies to all boxers!
For PROFI boxers, a corresponding license and registration in BOXREC is mandatory!
All registrations should be sent directly to the BOXING / BKFC head office, Mr. Hirlau,

Anyone with a WKF license and a valid medical certificate is eligible to participate.

It’s a great pleasure and honor for me as officially nominated WKF Supervisor for the European Championships to welcome all of our members, fighters, officials, country presidents and supporters to our next European Championships in Chisinau, Moldova.
It is interesting to see after the amazing World Championships in Spain 2024 how the World is getting even more closer and therefore, it is pleasing to see the European Championships in the wonderful and charming country Moldova.
WKF head office expect again more than 30 countries from all over Europe in north and south, east and west!
WKF MOLDOVA President Rustam ALIMOV has already confirmed that the next European Championships in 2025 will take place in the historic city of Chisinau.
The first meetings with the mayor and local partners and sponsors have already taken place.
As always, the official list of the various hotels in all price ranges will be on request to be sent to all our WKF EUROPE presidents by mail.
As always, the World Referee Seminar will be held in the main hotel on Saturday and Sunday 21/22 June.

Overview of our WKF forms or Kata disciplines
Dear friends in traditional martial arts!
As everybody know, the next European Championship is coming up in June 22nd to 29th 2025 in Chisinau, Moldova.
Today we have 6 categories for forms / Kata / poomse / Hyong / Taolu creative etc.
To avoid any misunderstandings on the tatami or mat, we would like to ask you kindly one more time to read carefully the online WKF rule book for forms.
To see what is a traditional form, have a look here in two lists of forms.
What are the dress codes?
When does the timer start e.g. for traditional forms with and without weapons ?
Any traditional form / Kata / Taolu etc. can be customized, but it still has to be recognizable.
From our official WKF recognized List and a traditional Japanese or Korean form or Kata!
In creative and freestyle: also compiled (with parts of existing forms) form using traditional techniques is permitted.
What is the time limit in creative forms or soft style forms?
Traditional Forms must be using traditional moves only. A traditional Form / Kata / Pommse / Hyong / Taolu etc. must resemble a traditional work, an adaptation will be acceptable if added moves are of a traditional nature.
Any so called “allstyle” form is not a traditional one!
For any creative forms are just the division 4 and 5 creative forms with music, with and without weapon.
Once again we kindly ask you read the online forms rule book , available in 4 languages!
There you will find exactly what is a traditional form, where is which time limit, what is a creative form and so on.
