At the last World Congress in Alicante, Spain, the last CIS Supervisor Roman LOGISCH from WKF GERMANY was unanimously elected new WKF Secretary General by the 60 presidents present.
Ivan DERKACHENKO from Minsk, Belarus, was also unanimously elected as his successor by the Board.
WKF division World Presidents Carlos SUAREZ / ARG, Daniel HIERLAU / HUN and Annis DOMETIOU / GRE were pleased to confirm the appointment and look forward to a good cooperation.
Mr. Derkachenko is well-known and high respected as a manager and expert in our sport.
He will also be serving as a supervisor at the next upcoming WKF Championships in East and West and will therefore be the link between Eastern and Western Europe.
For the second time our World referee seminar takes place in Colombia.
We got already many requests from our male / female referees and officials from 6 continents and we hope everybody who would need Visa start in time at least 8 weeks before with Visa procedure.

All International WKF referees who not has attended the seminars in Triest 2023 or Alicante 2024 or Moldova 2025 must extend their license in Cartagena. The extended license is valid for three Years again. Many photos from all WKF seminars since 2011 are here in the gallery!

Effective immediately, we have a new President of the WKF Hungary
Mr. Daniel Z. Hirlau has been a successful WKF manager for several years and has done an outstanding job as World President of the Boxing Division in a very short time.
Our intention was to assist and relieve the previous Hungarian President, Mr. Istvan Rozman, of his excessive responsibilities. He will continue his work as World President of the WKF Professional Division and in the IRC.

Just in 36 month WKF has sanctioned more than 300 title fights World wide. From South Africa to Scandinavia, from USA to Russia, from Canada to Argentina. In Papua New Guinea and Australia, as well as 31 WKF events 2023 just on the African continent. With our WKF continental president in North America as well as in Latin America we had also WKF title fights events. Canada, USA, Mexico – and everywhere in south America e.g. Argentina, Brazil and Chile or Colombia are today very strong partners!

For amateurs we offer our PRO AM title fights for low costs, for point fighters all over the World we offer PPF – PRO POINT FIGHTING – with international valid ranking lists, both divisions with great value and international recognition.
The largest martial arts summer camp of this summer will take place in Kiato from July 24-27.

Dometiou Georgios Annis and WKF World president Fritz EXENBERGER A sports psychology seminar will be held by psychotherapist Haris Varoutis.
This year’s camp will also host the president of the WKF World Federation Fritz Exenberger, who will conduct referee seminars under the auspices of the WKF World Federation under his supervision.
On the last day of the event, a Challenger “The Road to the top” will be held by the participants to close the Camp, with all the Camp coaches putting on gloves.
A detailed training program for the four-day camp will be announced, which will include everything from Muay Thai – BJJ – MMA – KICKBOXING – Boxing – referee seminars to Sparring day.
The next World Cup will be held after the summer break from September 15-21 in Minsk, Belarus.
